This was our first experience with Zerorez, but we were impressed. We've had other carpet cleaners, but this is altogether different. It smells fresh and clean when they finish. Our carpets look brand new. Wow! Jose R did a great job-very hard worker and super nice!

Zerorez did wonders on our older carpet. We had some pet stains and those came right up. The carpet looks so much better. You really pulled out the grime from the fibers and especially in the high traffic areas. Adding the pet treatment was worth it. Thank you for the great service.

Alex did a wonderful job with our floors. I thought that one of the carpeted rooms was hopeless because of bad pet stains and odors, but by the time Alex finished the job, the carpet was CLEAN and everything smelled so nice and FRESH. He also cleaned the grout in the kitchen, and the floor looks fantastic. We are definitely going to use Zerorez again. I have a few more rooms that need attention, and I've decided that I am going to have them come once a year to do the tile. The results are that good. Thank you Alex and Zerorez for making my home look so nice!

Why didn't I call them sooner!? Very professional from initial phone call to services being done. Very respectful of my home. Left my house looking damn near perfect! I have 2 dogs and 2 cats! Could not be more pleased!

Pretty impressive how they get the carpets so clean with their process... My carpets are about 10 years old and look brand new... Had them do an area rug as well, they showed me how much dirt they were pulling out from just a small area first, so had them finish. Technician was super nice and let me know everything he was doing. Will be using them again.

Called to have a rug picked up and they were here within an hour. Excellent customer service. This is our second time to have the same rug cleaned because our cat keeps going on it. They did an exceptional job the first time around.
